Chronometer.online is temporarily offline while its geometry, fact engine and Oracle are rebuilt. The instrument will return when it can distinguish what has been computed from what has merely been said.

Existing charts are not affected. This is a deliberate development pause while the system is made more exact, more transparent and less willing to improvise where calculation should speak first.
